Our rounded education for children aged 3 – 18 is sector-leading with consistently outstanding academic results, an award-winning wellbeing programme and an extensive range of co-curricular activities and outdoor learning.
We have one of the most inclusive and wide-ranging sports programmes of any school in Scotland. It has been an outstanding year for student achievement, with national cups won in football, rugby, hockey and swimming. We’re incredibly proud that four former Mary Erskine School pupils are currently representing the national hockey team – a rare and remarkable achievement that speaks to the strength of our sporting programme and the talent it nurtures, and each year we stage one of the most dynamic dance shows of any independent school in Edinburgh.
