Please note

• A copy of the school's Admissions Policy is available on request and is subject to revision and amendment from time to time.
• The application fee is charged to cover the costs of the processing of applications and is therefore not refundable in the event that an offer of a place or a “waiting list” place is not made. An application fee is required each time you make an application.
• Data protection - the information provided via this form will be stored in our central admissions/pupil records database. In submitting this form, you are giving your permission for the information to be stored in this way and for it to be accessed and shared by personnel authorised to undertake official school business.

I/We being the parent/parents of or being the person/persons having parental rights in respect of the applicant:

• hereby apply for a place at Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools ('the school') with effect from the proposed date of entry specified above;
• pay the registration fee for students from Primary 1- S6. We do not charge the £108 fee for Nursery applications;
• accept that this application is subject to the school's Admissions Policy;
• recognise that there is no obligation on the school to offer a place for the applicant or to accept the applicant as a pupil;
• authorise the applicant's current school to (a) disclose to the school information on the applicant (e.g. academic report and pupil profile) and (b) confirm to the school whether all fees, if applicable, in respect of the applicant have been paid to date;
• authorise the school to disclose my/our application and authorisation to the applicant's current school.

If the school offers a place and it is not accepted by me/us within the time stipulated in the offer, then the offer shall be deemed to have been declined and refused. In proceeding with this application, I confirm that I have read the Declaration above and agree to be bound by these terms. Proceed to Payment button to take a £108 payment per child. Please only enter the quantity of children from P1-S6 as we do not charge the £108 fee for Nursery applications. Payment is via Stripe.
